The Quercyland restaurant/bar in Souillac is looking for a dynamic and experienced waitress/waiter to join our team for the 2024 season. Quercyland is a water park, with its own bar and brasserie accessible from outside the park. The clientele is therefore diverse, and continuous from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Job description
Welcoming customers: Greet customers courteously, accompany them to their table and present menus.

Order Taking: Take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations if necessary.

Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure appropriate timing between courses.

Service Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including table cleaning between services.

Responding to Feedback: Respond professionally to customer comments or concerns, reporting issues to management if necessary.

Required qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar establishment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of menus and ability to provide detailed information on dishes.

Flexibility and adaptability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to work as part of a team with kitchen staff and other members of the service team.

Working conditions
Type of employment: Full-time, fixed-term
One day off per week (except weekends and public holidays)
Position available for the 2024 season (May - September 15, 2024).
