The Quercyland restaurant/bar, located in Souillac, is looking for a dynamic dishwasher to join our team for the 2026 season. Quercyland is a water park with its own bar and brasserie accessible from outside the park.

Job description

Ensure thorough and effective cleaning of dishes, pots, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils using appropriate equipment.

Waste management: Properly dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a clean work area.

Work closely with chefs and other members of the kitchen team to ensure effective coordination during peak hours.

Compliance with hygiene standards.

Participate in general cleaning tasks in the kitchen and water park, including floors and work surfaces.

Required qualifications

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

Flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Working conditions:

Type of employment: Full-time, fixed-term contract

One day off per week (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Position available for the 2026 season (July–August 2026)
