Quercyland restaurant, an establishment located in the heart of Souillac is looking for a pizzaiolo for the 2024 season. If you're a professional chef with expertise in preparing tasty, high-quality pizzas, this is the opportunity for you!

Job description
Prepare and bake pizzas according to the establishment's standards (wood-fired oven).
Prepare dough and ingredients.
Ensure efficient management of the workstation, maintaining cleanliness and order.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a consistent culinary experience.
Comply with current hygiene and food safety standards.

Required qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a pizzaiolo, preferably in a professional environment.
Thorough knowledge of pizza dough preparation techniques, toppings and baking methods.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining high quality standards.
Team spirit and excellent communication with kitchen colleagues.
Organization - Thoroughness - Efficiency

Working conditions
Type of employment: Full-time, fixed-term
One day off per week (except weekends and public holidays)
Position to be filled for the 2024 season (May - September 15, 2024).
