Our water park Quercyland is looking for a dynamic and rigorous Play Operator to join our team for the 2024 season. As a water park we are committed to providing safe and memorable experiences for our visitors.

Job description
Supervision of games: constant monitoring of the various games to ensure compliance with safety rules and the smooth running of activities.

Assistance to participants: welcome visitors and explain game safety rules clearly and concisely.

Safety: ensure the safety of participants by strictly applying safety procedures, using appropriate protective equipment and intervening promptly in the event of an incident.

Maintenance: carry out regular checks on play equipment, report any faults or repairs, and help keep the environment clean and tidy.

Customer service: provide excellent customer service by answering visitors' questions, directing them to the park's various attractions and resolving any problems or concerns.

Team collaboration: work closely with other team members to ensure effective coordination of operations and maintain a positive atmosphere within the park.

Qualifications required

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Compliance with safety standards and ability to react quickly in emergencies.

Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to the park's operational needs.

Working conditions

Type of employment: Full-time, fixed-term
One day off per week (except weekends and public holidays)
Position available for the 2024 season (June - September 2024)
