Our Labyrinthe de l'Ermite is looking for a rigorous host(sse) to join our team for the 2024 season. As a tourist establishment, we are committed to providing memorable and safe experiences for our visitors.

Job description
Welcome and orientation: greet visitors with courtesy and professionalism at the entrance to the Labyrinth.

Ticket sales and collections: sell admission tickets. Handle financial transactions accurately and provide receipts where necessary.

Answering questions and providing assistance: answering visitors' questions in an informative and friendly manner. Provide assistance to visitors with special needs or concerns.

Complete the accounts at the end of each month.

Qualifications required

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Positive attitude even in stressful situations.

Knowledge of park attractions, safety rules and emergency procedures.

Working conditions
Type of employment: Full-time, fixed-term
One day off per week (except weekends and public holidays)
Position available for the 2024 season (July - August 2024).
