The Quercyland restaurant/bar, located in Souillac, is looking for a dynamic and experienced waitress/waiter to join our team for the 2026 season.

Quercyland is a water park with its own bar and brasserie accessible from outside the park. The clientele is therefore diverse and continuous from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Job description

Development and preparation of dishes.

Inventory and order management.

Strict compliance with health and safety standards.

Required qualifications

Previous experience as a cook in a similar establishment.

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to work as part of a team with other members of the service team.

Methodical and organized.

Working conditions:

Full-time, fixed-term contract

Working on weekends and public holidays

Position available for the 2026 season (May–September 2026)
