The Quercyland restaurant/bar, located in Souillac, is looking for a dynamic and experienced bartender to join our team for the 2026 season.

Quercyland is a water park with its own bar and brasserie accessible from outside the park. The clientele is therefore diverse and continuous from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Job description

– Serving drinks ordered by customers, he makes classic cocktails from the menu.

– As the true leader of the atmosphere, the bartender must know how to create a warm atmosphere suited to the establishment.

– Maintain a clean and orderly work environment at the bar.

– Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

– Manage stock and monitor inventory levels. He also manages the cleaning and maintenance of bar machines and equipment.

– Comply with current food hygiene and safety standards.

Required qualifications

– Previous experience as a bartender in a similar establishment.

– In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques and current beverage trends.

– Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage busy periods.

– Attention to detail and compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Working conditions:

– Type of employment: Full-time, seasonal fixed-term contract

– One day off per week – Work on weekends and public holidays

– Position available for the 2026 season (May–September 2026)
